XAnalyzer Pro
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how xAnalyzer Pro ("xAnalyzer Pro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
xAnalyzer Pro is an independent analytics utility and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
1. How the app works (on-device first)
xAnalyzer Pro is designed to process your data primarily on your own device. When you connect your Instagram account, the app accesses your account information through Instagram's official API using your authenticated session, and processes it locally on your device to generate your reports. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell or monetize your data.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account data from your Instagram account
To generate analytics, the app processes information obtained through Instagram's official API from the account you connect, which may include:
* Your profile information (username, name, profile picture, counts)
* Your followers and the accounts you follow
* Your posts/media and their engagement counts
* Your stories and their viewers
* Engagement and interaction signals used to produce estimates
All of this data is processed and stored locally on your device using an on-device database and secure storage. We never receive, collect, or store your Instagram password.
2.2 Device & usage data
We (and the infrastructure providers listed below) may process limited, non-personally identifiable technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, app-generated unique identifiers, push tokens, and diagnostic/crash information solely to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
2.3 Purchase data
When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is securely processed directly by Apple. Our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) processes a unique transaction/receipt identifier and subscription lifecycle status so we can unlock premium features within the app. We do not receive, access, or store your credit card or payment details.
2.4 Information you provide
If you contact us directly (e.g., via customer support email), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address, device details, and the contents of your message.
3. How we use information
* To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your local reports
* To manage subscriptions and unlock premium features
* To send push notifications that you have explicitly opted into
* To provide customer support and respond to technical requests
* To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, abuse, or anti-tampering
* To comply with legal obligations
4. Service providers we use
We share the minimum technical data necessary with the following providers to maintain core application functionalities, each acting under its own privacy policy:
* Apple — App Store processing and in-app purchases
* RevenueCat — subscription lifecycle management — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
* OneSignal — push notification delivery — https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
* Supabase — hosting of remote application configuration — https://supabase.com/privacy
* Our own backend servers — app configuration and secure session coordination required to deliver the Service
We do NOT integrate or use Facebook/Meta SDKs, advertising networks, AppsFlyer, or Google Analytics in this application.
5. Data Tracking and Advertising
xAnalyzer Pro does not integrate advertising SDKs and does not utilize Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not track your browsing activities across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not perform cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Selling of data
We do NOT sell your personal information, profile data, or analytics reports to any third parties under any circumstances.
7. Data retention & deletion
Your Instagram analytics data is strictly stored locally on your device. You have full control over your data and can delete it entirely at any time by logging out (Settings → Logout), which immediately clears all local databases and session cookies, or by deleting the application from your device. To request the deletion of any data associated with support requests (such as support emails), you can contact us at support@xanalyzerpro.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard, commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure on-device storage, encrypted local data caching, and app-integrity/anti-tampering checks. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or local storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. You must also meet Instagram's minimum age requirement to connect an account. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. International users
Your limited technical information (such as support emails or subscription status) may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
11. Accuracy disclaimer
Analytics features such as profile visitors, secret admirers, and ghost followers are produced based on indirect engagement signals and are estimates only. These features are provided strictly for entertainment and reference purposes and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you within the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
